Hi, WWWinamp works great – thanks!

Like John above though, my playlist just shows |NUMBER| rather than the actual number. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Im having Problems with WWWinamp. it looks great, and i can see my current playlist. if i login as admin, i can select a new song from the playlist. And i can search onon the right pane, but the ‘download’ button is broke, and and songs i try to add to the playlist, admin or not, it refreshes the page, but downt add the song. Please advise. Hi. It doesn’t find the Winamp Playlist..
I get the following error:
“System.Exception: The Winamp Playlist could not be located at “D:\Documents and Settings\FRA\Application Data\Winamp\”. ”

Not able to change Playlist. Move, Delete, Add, or any of the sorts. In order to get it to work I have to add a PL with all songs. Once this is done, I am able to click Del, but it doesn’t update on the page. It does however update on the winamp running remotely.

Hello. I’m trying WWWinAmp for the first time, using the latest version. The application seems to start the web service just fine, but I’m unable to browse to it – page cannot be displayed. Any ideas? Thanks.

I get the following error in the console every time browser interacts:

Maybe, maybe not related, but the Playlist shows only [Number].next to each song, and only shows up to the song before the currently playing song in the listing.

@punk There will not be a Linux version of WWWinamp server because v4.2 is coded using the .NET 3.5 Framework. Unless Windows Forms and UI elements work perfectly using Mono, I doubt the latest version of WWWinamp will work. An older version of WWWinamp (perhaps the v3 branch) -could- work on Linux because it's coded using C, but the sockets code would probably have to be redone.

Update to the latest version of WWWinamp v4.2 and please re-test. I no longer support any version of WWWinamp before v4.2
