Deprecated — WWWinamp v4.0 Alpha 13
WWWinamp v4.0 Alpha 13 is a Legacy version of WWWinamp that is no longer supported.
It was the first version of WWWinamp to be ported over to .NET using the Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0
Here’s the change log for WWWinamp v4.0 Alpha 13:
- Added ability to resize cover art (speficy &height and &width in the URL, max of 1024×768 output)
- Added ability to specify default cover art image or to display the first JPEG found in the folder
- Added ability to move items in the playlist up or down
- Added ability to specify server IP address in WWWINAMP.XML
- Added compatibility support for Windows Vista
- Improved the default skin provided by Seth D. (Thanks!)
- Improved Media Library scanning (20% faster)
- Improved Threading Model
- Re-Fixed ‘File Open’ dialog popping up when trying to ‘Play’ an empty playlist
- Code optimizations and clean up
- PLEASE REMEMBER TO UPDATE YOUR WWWINAMP.XML FILE!

I installed this verson of wwwinamp, everything works fine apart from the playlist not be able to display on the left pan. I got the error message below in the wwwinamp

Please upgrade to the latest version of WWWinamp (4.2), as I am no longer supporting 4.0. That’s why I’ve marked it as a deprecated project
Also, odds are it’s probably an issue with Vista and where it’s saving the Winamp Playlist files, combined with the fact that Vista has some funky permissions that I worked around in v4.2 of WWWinamp.
So give the latest version a try and let me know if you have more success with that!

Cant remove or rearrange items in teh play list. I have a feeling it is something I am doing wrong as I can only even get the playlist to work if I save one with one album in it io get the whole shebang to work.
